About the role
We are looking for a Fashion Visual Content Designer with 2–4 years of relevant experience to create retouched fashion images, collages, and visual campaigns. You should have skills in retouching and visual composition, with a focus on natural-looking edits and brand alignment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain retouched fashion images, collages, and visual campaigns on fashion photography postproduction and assets, with agreed deadlines and clear version control.
- Handle planning visual compositions, correcting images, and exporting formats; document assumptions and handoffs for the next contributor.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator to produce traceable work and communicate relevant findings.
- Apply retouching, visual composition, image consistency to improve the reliability and usefulness of the final materials.
- Coordinate with photographers and fashion editors and check natural-looking edits and brand alignment before delivery.
Qualifications
- Relevant background in design or photography portfolio demonstrating fashion imagery; equivalent demonstrated expertise may be considered where licensure is not required.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant work, supported by examples of retouched fashion images, collages, and visual campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and a practical approach to planning visual compositions, correcting images, and exporting formats.
- Ability to apply retouching, visual composition, image consistency and communicate limitations or tradeoffs.
- Preferred: experience reviewing natural-looking edits and brand alignment with photographers and fashion editors.
